"I once heard a radio personality describe a friend as Someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words" relates Bonnie in her Arbonne brochure. She brought me a gift package today for being the Wasatch Woman . So nice of her and love that quote.
I am excited to try and share all the wonderful products in this fun basket: protein drinks, dietary supplements, immunity boosters, and a detox drink. Their skin products also sound amazing.
I loved connecting with her for a few minutes. She brightened my day. Thank you.
My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

Random
Unfortunately, I did not need this hat to keep the sun out of my eyes. It was pouring rain for the weekend so we came home a day early. Kendall tells me I look like a runner with my hat. Great! Our next 1/2 Marathon is in April!
Some have asked me about the Wasatch Woman Magazine . Friday, on our drive down to St. George, a few people that had read the magazine called with questions on some of our groups at the office. How fun is that!
Go Aggies ! What a fun game to enjoy with Steve and Kendall.
We came home to lots of snow. Sledding anyone?

A Risk
We just finished our seminar. It was awesome to share in the experience with 12 of my colleagues and friends who are therapists. Dialogue on setting up the tables went something like this: Lisa; How do you think they should be set up? Me; How do you feel about it? Horseshoe shape or rows? Lisa; What type of experience do you want to have - that will help us know? Me; I'm feeling like horseshoe might work for this how does that feel to you? The humor in two therapists trying to set up a room.
We laughed and yes, cried in our seminar today. Sharing feelings brings us to such a deeper and richer level in our lives.
When I had my interview for Wasatch Woman , I was excited and prepared to share about my business. I was surprised that as we went back to a tough day with Retinitis Pigmentosa many emotions came up for me. There was such love and warmth in that room as I had this interview. I will take this risk and share
the video clip with you. Steve is awesome and got called in to share his feelings, too.
Just a few more pictures to share of people I love and supported me at the luncheon. Thank you to each of them and all that are reading that have cheered me on.

Wasatch Woman Update
I am a finalist for Wasatch Woman . Last week we had interviews. Today we enjoyed time at the Landis Salon with a great facial, massage, hair style, and make-up. Cricket enjoyed the experience and was such a good girl. She sat on her rug and watched all the activity. Her nose seemed to perk up with the tangerine lotion. Yummy.
We then ventured on to Mitch Meyer Photography for our pictures. I chose two outfits: one was a black shirt with a turquoise sweater and the other was a purple blouse. Cricket's modeling skills were helpful once again today. The photographer appreciated being able to say 1,2,3 and have Cricket look at the camera. Her skills of guide work maneuvering through some crowded areas was also very much appreciated.
This has truly been a beautiful experience and am looking forward to the lunch next Friday.
