Determined to Love

Sixteen miles was on the chart to run today for our upcoming marathon. I could only do 11.  I have been dealing with what I learned today was an IT band issue. UGH! I completed the other five miles on the ellyptical.   My foot is actually doing well after the last break! Only hurts a little when I push on the bone. Stretching and leg lefts are helpful for the IT band.  I had "great help" this morning doing my leg lifts and stretches. Love these happy, energetic 'girls'. They are determined to love. As I typed that phrase in ... love that mantra. Determined to love.  Determined to ______________ (what would you fill in the blank with today?)

LOVE that picture Becky! Your dogs love you so much! Not hard to understand why. :) I am so impressed with all you do. You are making want to put down my snack and go get on the treadmill!

Fantastic photo. Made me laugh. Culver does the same thing to me if I sit or lay on the floor. However, I'm rarely on the floor doing leg lifts or stretches.

Another comment to you. Only 11 miles? Amazing Becky. I hiked 4 miles today & I am exhausted. I am so out of shape.
