Sounds of Norway

When I think of our time in Norway there are many sounds that come to mind. I loved when we walked down the streets of Oslo in the evening and hearing the hustling and bustling of the people. The beautiful Fjords with the rushing water that splashed on us as the wind was blowing was another amazing sound. Also at this waterfall there was a woman singing on the mountain. So cool! Between the train and boat ride there were many fun conversations as our group got to know each other better.
And of course, the squeals on the bus as we rode down a super steep, windy road. Sighs of relief as we reached the bottom.

Oh my gosh, next time, I will read better before I post a comment! I saw the "F" in fjords, and for some reason, my mind went straight to Finland! Ha ha, I'm glad I can delete my erroneous comment!

Mimi - We did go to Finland, too. I found your comment/book you are reading fascinating ... glad I caught it before it was deleted :)!

My brother got to go to Norway........when he was 13. He won it through Boys Scouts of America.
I can imagine it must have been a fabulous place to see.
What made you decide to go here??

Wendy; Wow what an experience for your brother to have at 13! We wanted to go on a tour to experience a piece of Europe. This was a tour through fun for less - with John Lund as the presenter. It really was wonderful with packed days covering lots of places.

Hi there Becky,
I've just been catching up with your posts and your wonderful visit to Sweden, Finland and Norway. How great it must have felt to meet up with your friends from Centreville. What a small world! I'm sure they didn't mind the lack of makeup...you look beautiful anyway, no one would have noticed :)
Glad you got some runs in too. Welcome home, BTW, and thanks for sharing your beautiful pics. Love today's pic - what a sweet couple you make.
Sending lotsaluv to you and Cricket.
