Life

Messy hair, sore - black/blue cheek, and sweaty after a 5K run with Steve.
I feel alive and grateful for this busy day ahead -- clients, training with some colleagues, and dinner out.  Tomorrow Steve and I are trying Suspend and Bend !  I wonder what Cricket will think of my hanging from the ceiling!  I've  reassured her, its okay.  Becky is just trying something new that might look a little scary.  I hope we can get a picture!

Happy Weekend.

Suspend and bend? Yikes. That's something I won't be trying. But, hope you do get a picture. I'd love to see it.

I'm sorry about your black and blue cheek. I gave myself a black eye a few years ago that looked horrible. It amazed me how self-conscious something like that can make you feel! It sounds like you're dealing with it fine, though, and maybe it will look better upside down tomorrow!
