Resiliency

I will be sharing with a special group of RESILIENT women today this quote:

The human being is born with an incurable capacity for making the best of things.   Helen Keller.

We all have a story to tell.  We all have the capacity to be RESILIENT - to bounce back from difficult circumstances.   I am inspired each day by friends, family, colleagues, clients, strangers who demonstrate their resiliency.  What keeps (or kept) you going when life has knocked you down?  And when you feel knocked down ... what strengths helped you climb or crawl back up and keep on going?  Was there a turning point for you?

Missy the pug is RESILIENT and doing amazingly well, for now, and has turned over her Monday posts so that I can share your RESILIENT stories on Mondays.  (Sometimes I need an extra lift of encouragement to get Moving on Monday and start the week.)

Email me at becky.resilient@gmail.com with your story of resiliency.

Love that quote and couldn't agree more! Many Moms I know particularly with special needs kids have and continue to show incredible amounts of resilience.

Those should be some amazing stories you tell.
I tend to "crush and become mulch" during times of difficulty...I get angry and resentful...then find /dig my way out.
I guess it is through faith that pulls me through. Knowing God does not want me to suffer.
