Sometimes when Cricket and I are having a day with the girls and out shopping, I think of one of her trainers who did NOT like to shop or really to even be near the mall. One of our last days of training we worked inside the mall on a busy Saturday. I was so excited -- this experience would really give me the chance to see Cricket in our world. Cricket did amazing - weaving through the crowds, hopping on the escalator, and the trainer stated that was even worth coming to the mall to see her work so well! It must be pretty incredible to see these dogs go from a puppy to giving someone their independence! Today we had a fun day with some of the girls from our office. One of them took a picture of Cricket inside the dressing room. It is a couple hours past her dinner and she was SO patient - even though she is working the crowd with her sad eyes.
Adam, Natalie & Dahlia soon! The boys (Steve and Kendall) are off to basketball games. I asked Steve if he wanted to take the camera and get some pictures of them together - to capture the memory. He said he thought they would be okay .. his way of saying no! They have enjoyed some super exciting basketball games the last few days. Go boys and yay for girl time.
