The Dress

I took the advice of the majority of the comments and wore mydress from China to our party tonight. Yes, I felt a little overdressed and wanted to be in my jeans. However, I also enjoy taking a risk -- getting out of that comfort zone and so I can say I did that. I am told the waitresses had a similar top so it was suggested that I could work there ... yikes. Now, that would be out of my comfort zone. I love this dress and probably will wear it again at a dressy event. The Mandarin Restaurant is very crowded and people wait for over an hour to be seated. With 18 people we had reservations so were able to walk right in. Funny as we walked in they called our name as the table was ready and then the owner said - That is Cricket! It took me by surprise as I didn't know her and wondered how she knew 'us'!  Turns out she is in our yoga class. She told me she peeked during shavasna (closing part of yoga) and that Cricket had her eyes closed too. Good girl, Cricket.

I'm sure you looked beautiful! Next time Cricket will have to wear a matching red scarf - to please all of her fans of course. :)

I like the dress. Perfect for the Mandarin Resturant. I ate there only ONCE and the food was sooooo good.
