Cycling

When I see an adult on a bicycle, I do not despair for the future of the human race. H.G. Wells

We just signed up for our second ride for this upcoming season. The MS 150 Ride in Logan in June. Its been several years since we participated in this ride so we are excited! We will cycle around beautiful Cache Valley where both Steve and I grew up - It is home. I love my new top that I am currently wearing mostly to Yoga indicating that I am "In Training". Ha! Really, it needs to be used to hop on that bike downstairs until it warms up a little more and we can get on it outside. I'm ready! When we hung the bike up in October we were ready for a break - now excited to get on again and pedal. Sorry, Cricket. Our cycling is one of the few times that Cricket is left home or with someone to give her TLC.

I wish we lived close by so we could join you guys. Oh wait, we've ridden with you guys & you left us in a cloud of dust!!
I'm picking up the pace with my speed walking, so my dogs can't keep up with me. It's hard to leave them behind with those sad puppy dog faces. I decided to do a warm up pace with them & then kick it into gear, after dropping them off at home.

Debi - oh I want to cycle and kayak again with you guys! That was so much fun! Yes, the sad puppy dog faces are hard (ha, maybe one good thing about not seeing her face as much these days!)

Well, you have a place to stay at our house and we will be glad to watch Cricket and give her the required hugs and water. Promise to do a better job than last time!!

What an incredible way to gear up! That will help make June (and warmer weather) come around much quicker. You're amazing!

Mom - fabulous we'll count on you to tend Cricket the last Saturday in June if you are in town :D

Mimi - yes, looking to warmth is helping me with the winter blahs!
