My attempts at exercising...

We were going to try a new yoga class today. I hurriedly changed into yoga clothes after work. Cricket recognized my clothes and walked really fast to meet Connie. She tried to take a little short cut in her excitement (we reworked it). We arrived at the studio to a shut door - new spring schedule. Oh, sad - enjoyed my time with Connie, however. Steve and I were going to go for a bike ride but Cricket would not let us leave she was so excited to go that we changed our plans and went for a nice walk along the trail instead! Enjoyed my time with Steve, however. I enjoy any kind of exercising much more when shared with someone. I'm fortunate that my walking is always shared with Crickers!

Pavements are rare in Malaysia. And those we have are quite dangerous due to missing covers, broken stones, tree roots poking through etc. Reading your post has made me realise I do miss my walks!

Why would she let you go on a bike ride when you could take a nice long walk with her instead? :)

I love LOVE exercising...if feels so great after you do it. But why is it so hard to get motivated to actually do it?? It's definitely easier with the beautiful weather we've been having.

Now that we have three labradors in our home, I'm getting alot of walking in..........my pants are getting a little loose, so that's a good thing.

Katztales: Your walks do sound a little dangerous! Cricket would be stopping often to alert to obstacles sounds like.
Nicole - Love to bike but those sad little eyes make it hard some days!
Lacey - agree that getting started is the hardest part! Much more motivated in the warmer weather.
Debi - Your pants can't get looser~
