Yoga

I get home from yoga tonight and there is a card from my parents (always cheering on my latest endeavor)! This is the front
We worked on balancing poses tonight and I think I probably had the same intense look as this kitty. I have loved going with my friend Connie. I think Cricket looks forward to the evening as well! She seems to purr like a kitty at the closing relaxation time. Today she perked up with our final closing statement - smart girl I think is recognizing it as the ending.

I've never taken O J to yoga yet. Think he'd just want to play the whole time and think its a big game.

One reason I cannot WAIT for my basement to be done is so I can start my evening yoga routine. The DVD on the computer just does not cut it. :)

Nice post. If you are interested in yoga, you could try some de-stressing music to go along with it.
