Yoga night

We're on our fourth week of yoga. Tonight Cricket really wanted to be a participant. As we relaxed at the end she snuggled up right by the side of me and helped me find the rhythm to the breathing. It makes for some fun girl time with Connie and Cricket.

Nice Downward Facing Dog Becky!
If you look to go deeper in this pose Steve could touch the space between your shoulder blades and ask you to 'soften', or you could place a belt across the hip creases and Steve could stand behind you and lengthen the sitting bones back,it's all good!
This is such a sweet stretch for the spine and opens the Heart.
A word from your other 'teacher'.
