I was able to run 14 miles today with my friends before the IT band said enough. I then walked 1 1/2 miles with Georgie Girl to try to keep on the pace for our marathon preparation. My friends ran 18. Super excited that I was able to get in 14 before the IT Band started kicking in too seriously - we stretched periodically along the run. I will be running a leg in a mini ragnar on Saturday in Park City - super excited!!
Having fun sharing some snippets of a workbook creating at Blind Resilience . Visit and tell me what you think!
A nice quote that was in my inbox this morning:
“Life is only as good as you decide to make it. So stand up, be bold, and don't let everyone else define it.” --Unknown.

How you manage to make the time to stay so close to family and friends, operate a busy professional practice, do a host of other things AND train for long-distance runs is an inspiration! You go, Girl! :-)
