My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

Becky, haven't visited in a long time, but I noticed your heading and just had to comment. How wonderful to have learned so much from such a faithful friend. I'm sure her party will be fun. I wish Cricket and you the very best.

Aww, that sounds so fun. Cricket was a stellar role model to me when Cabana was a puppy in training--a wonderful glimpse of what Cabana might become! Now, I hope Cabana can be that for Cricket--a glimpse of a spoiled ultra-happy pet!

Mimi - Love this! Indeed, I hope Cricket can have the life that Cabana is enjoying!

I know I have never met either of you in person, but would love to come if it wouldn't be too weird lol!

Happy retirement Cricket! I have loved reading your adventures over the past few years.

Becky, you and Cricket have inspired me through your love and tender care of each other, and the determination both of you show to live every day with gratitude, joy and purpose. As a volunteer puppy raiser, I'm grateful to Becky for taking time to share her insights and experiences. I've learned from them and also have appreciated knowing how beloved Cricket and Pantera have been. Becky, you model a wonderful way to live....thank you for sharing your life with all of us and helping us on our own journeys!

Lablove - Oh my word - your words are so kind. Thank you so much! I hope someday our paths can cross. Thank you for your incredible gift of puppy raising.
