Happy Monday

Before work, ran a 5K with my friends this morning ... thank you!  Biked 24 miles with Steve afterwards ... thank you! Now, if I were a swimmer I would have done a mini-tri for the day, right :).   Great way to start the day!  Cricket is saying time for a walk!
