Run, run, run

Update on my broken foot:  It is healing.  Yay!  Walking and cycling are so good!  Next week I get to try a one-mile run and see how it is doing.  Prior to the injury, I was training for the Ogden Marathon with my friends which will be next Saturday :(.  I'm looking forward to joining in on their taper run a couple days before.  They are going to do awesome!

Today was one of those days where ran from one fun thing to the next!  First, early morning planting flowers (oh how I love to dig in the dirt), then a morning of clients at the office, then lunch with a dear friend, then a 35-mile bike ride with Steve on our tandem.  We came home hungry after our bike ride with not much time before we had to run to the play.  Steve made an awesome smoothie before No Time for Sergeants at Hale Theatre where we had a good laugh or two :).  Good, fun running.
