Sunshine & Smiles

We went south for the 3-day weekend with some friends. Boy, did it feel good to get out of the snow and into warmth and sunshine. Cricket was even willing to lay on the rocks in our backyard to get some sunshine.

We were able to ride on our tandem bike for the first time this year!  Two bike rides that were amazing!  Two morning runs that we didn't have to layer up! Yay!

We hiked Angel's Landing in Zions.  Amazing.  Cricket did fabulous... although she is not smiling in the picture and has gone to bed early tonight :).


We found a beautiful trail in Snow Canyon with lots of frogs in the stream making their sounds.  Awesome.

And, some wonderful hugs and delicious breakfast with parents and extended family!

Back ready for a week of work and closer to spring!  Its got to be around the corner, isn't it?
