I am developing a workshop surrounding Positive Psychology - still working on the title and times. I think it will be a class format. I love to create and feel fortunate that I have a profession where there is so many opportunities to do so. If you want to join in on the discussion, start with taking the questionnaire: www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu and click on VIA Signature Strengths Questionnaire.
There are so many great moments in my life. Here are three I captured with my phone:
Enjoying another amazing, beautiful summer night on our tandem. Ah, I just had to stop and enjoy and click before I started pedaling again :).
Cricket 'finding the trash'. Not just good, but great girl! I know past good girl it might be blah, blah to her but I proceeded to tell her thank you and how much that means to me that she can find the trash in unfamiliar areas.
This beautiful flower in our backyard. I love how they just keep sharing and giving more starts. This one is for you Natalie and your yard.
What's in your store for your weekend?
Hope it is full of some great moments :)!

Wonderful moments! Having spent inordinate (and never enough) time on the front of a tandem, I can appreciate the first photo. And am slightly jealous.
As for the second, I can imagine Cricket thinking, "What's so hard? Trash smells so GOOD!"
The third? No desert flowers here in our beautiful green north country--but still some beauties of our own!
Your workshop sounds intriguing. I shall visit Dr. Seligman's website!
Oh, what a powerful workshop! I wish I was close enough to be a part of this. Do you think you'll stream any of it via the web. I'm intrigued by the survey, so think I will take it. I also love the alliteration in your current title: Positive Psychology. It just reads happy. :)
Three cheers for Cricket and finding the trash! She's always seeing beautiful - even in trash.
Your phone photos are really good! I just got through telling someone that I didn't think cell phone photos could be good, but you just proved me wrong.
I met some friends for dinner at a restaurant in Sausalito last night, then we're going to friends' home for dinner tonight. Then, tomorrow, Steve makes dinner because he always makes dinner on Sunday nights. It's a great weekend when I don't have to cook dinner at all!
I love that flower...a lily of some kind is it?
Tandem bike rides I think could be so fun. Really gets you out doing things together !
I bet all these workshops you are involved in would be soooo very rewarding.
What beautiful moments. Its such a great reminder to always be looking for the positive - in the simple things!
