Being Proactive

Cricket and I decided she needed to have a busy day so she would leave her staples alone.  This morning we went for a long walk with Steve to burn up some energy. When you are walking, you can't scratch :).   It was a beautiful crisp morning along Bountiful Boulevard. We then visited Petco and found her a thunder shirt .   She also has a new nylabone that keeps her busy with a treat attached to each end and some booties that she is willing to wear as her back right paw is the culprit of getting to her staples.
She might not be smiling in this picture but she had a happy day.  When she was busy, she kept her thunder shirt off.  We even had a chance to do a little yard work.   When we left her for a very special event, she wore her shirt and did great.  Another ten days and we'll hope for a recovered girl.  When the time comes, I am going to be thrilled to pick up that harness and go.

On another note, I think I've got reading my emails mastered on my iphone with the voice over.  So cool :).

I am inspired by your iPhone success -- as for me, I'm still crawling up the uphill curve learning how to use mine!
