What do you love?

This is a question I ask clients regularly ... what do you love?  what brings you joy?
I love to go on the journey with them of finding their joy and passions again.

I had great ambitions this Valentine's Day to put what I love into words to those I love.  Didn't happen ... a belated Valentine's Day.

This morning a run with a friend in the crisp winter air brought joy.  As she said, there are five deer walking across the road I found myself so grateful to be alive enjoying this moment.  Grateful to return home to a house with a sweet dog greeting me at the door and a wonderful husband and the joy of having Natalie, Adam and Dahlia here with us.

Happy Valentine's Day.    What do you love?

It's funny, I had wanted to write a blog post about the things I love. Maybe I still will.

I love so many things, it's too hard to enumerate them here. Most of all though, I love this life of mine. It affords me so much opportunity to grow and expand and hopefully to fulfill that purpose for which I exist.

After being away last week on a trip, I love being at home and sleeping in my own bed!

the list could get long with what I love.
But I also like the idea of really finding the things that bring you JOY, cause I think JOY is all encompassing.
