Mindful & Monochromatic

Our Mindfulness class at the office will begin in a couple weeks. Kristen Neff refers to Mindfulness as 'the clear seeing and nonjudgmental acceptance of what's occuring in the present moment. We can't heal what we can't feel.' Deep?  Mindfulness also is simply being in the moment we are in ... Natalie and I were mindful of much favorite food in Logan yesterday.  We stopped and savored Aggie ice cream, LaBeau's milk shake and Fredrico' Pizza.
Dressing in Monochromatic is the Challenge/Fun of the day.  After I wore this I thought, I have a light brown cardigan that would be fun with this monochrome theme.
Belt, Top, Skirt = Ann Taylor!   Hope you have a great day.  Running, Yoga, Pedicures.  Natalie and Steve have a daddy/daughter date night.  I'm going to see if Kendall is available for a mother/son date night!

Monochromatic is the only fashion challenge I can pull off! Glad you are having such fun with Natalie. Hope you and Kendall enjoy your time, too, although I suspect no pedicures for him!?
