My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

Happy Waking & Running

In case you are wondering why I'm not running with Shannon these days!
Instead we are enjoying walking, talking and having breakfast.  Our running days will come again.  She just might be pushing a wider stroller along with guiding me!   I treasure our last run, for now, when we entertained the possibility that she just  might be pregnant.  Yes!  Congratulations, Shannon!

Some exciting things coming up.  I am going to be a part of the Wasatch Woman Run.

Come join us. I love the message of this run, and it is so much fun to run through Thanksgiving Point with 100s of women all celebrating health and being together.

My awesome guide I ran with yesterday morning, Steve, is not invited to this run.  Only women!

I have been running with my friend, Brenda, and loving it.  I walked in this morning and realized I need to get a picture of us 'for the blog' :).  It is just so fun to run and just chat away.

Have a great weekend!
