Twenty-seven years ago today, we were engaged. The story goes: I was picked up by one of Steve's best friends, Dr. Bart, who drove me around to all Steve and I's special hangouts in Logan and then he dropped me off at the Logan Temple where I was met by Steve. We then drove off into the sunset down to Salt Lake City. Steve put me up on a pedestal - third pillar of the state capitol pillars and asked me if I would marry him. Today during lunch hour, we returned to this place to reminsce and remember.I am a lucky girl and feel very grateful that Steve feels like he is a lucky guy.
