Happy Weekend

This has been such a busy week. Seminar at my office today with Corena on Understanding and Treating Compassion Fatigue. I have learned so much as I have put this event together. Busy weekend, too. Looking forward to a quiet Sunday. Part of the seminar today is about learning to relax our bodies. I think Cricket has it figured out.
Happy Weekend!!

Such a cute photo! We call Cabana a "circle dog" when she lays like that. Good luck on the seminar today--it sounds very interesting and helpful. Happy weekend to you!

I tried what Cricket did...but I don't bend that way and the doggie bed wasn't big enough for me... ;)

I know it's so important to take care of ourselves and not get to the point of fatigue ... but I'm afraid it gets the best of me sometimes. You're so good at what you do. Get some rest my friend!
