Sweatin & Smilin

I am so energized and a little sore. Seven mile run today with friend, Shannon . Wow!  We are awesome!  Amazing way to start the week.
I'm starting to buy into this 'athlete' label on my vest.

All your cheering is inspiring me to get up in the morning and go for the run on the schedule - 4.5 run. Thanks!
