What makes your heart sing?

A client said today - I need to find something that makes my heart sing. We talked and explored what that might possibly look like for her.

Running this morning with my friend has my heart singing. I called Steve twice throughout the day to tell him -- we ran 6 miles this morning. Seven & half weeks until the 1/2 marathon. We are getting ready inspite of the crazy weather.
What makes your heart sing today?

Side note: silly blind thing today - ran around where Kendall's truck was parked and then realized it was gone. that made my heart giggle outloud.

Congratulations on your great run this morning, and good luck with your upcoming half. I'm doing my first half marathon (as a wheelchair racer) this Sunday - I'm all butterflies even though I'm sure it will be fine.

Your little dance in the garage around the invisible car made me lough too. And our snow run made my heart sing. Go us :)

Um, how did I miss that you are getting ready for a 1/2 marathon?! All I can say you are AMAZING!

Great job on the 6 miles! I am lucky right now if I can jog 1.

Good luck in the half marathon - my hubby and I ran one 4 years ago and it was an amazing experience!

You know what makes my heart sing? Just knowing that I have family and friends who are there for me - the "knowing" brings me so much joy!
