R & R

Its been a HEAVY week at our office. Some tough, challenging cases that really are heartbreaking. I recall being told by a supervisor years ago, the day your heart doesn't hurt for a client's trauma/loss experienced, is the day that you are done.   I am so NOT done!!

Super excited to be getting some R & R this weekend which will include seeing these awesome people - my parents.
Biking with this awesome man - we hope to log 75 miles over the weekend.  Have I mentioned how much I LOVE these biking shorts and my shoes from the bike fix
Some long walks and talks with Cricket and Steve.  Perhaps a run.  Will miss you Shan .  Happy Birthday to you!
Some yummy food.  I hope the cupcake of the day is coconut on Saturday.  And, part of the weekend will include clean up duty on a condo that is for sale.  Will be ready on Monday to take on another week.

May you feel joy and contentment this weekend.

I hope you've had a restful weekend after a heavy week at work. I've had a heavy week too. Lots of sad things going on around me. Trying to be happy even though I'm feeling so sad for friends. Sounds like we are in the same boat!

I loved reading the answers to your questions about your eye sight. Do you mind me asking you one? How do you blog? You are such a blogging pro! I'm sure it can't be easy.
