Extra ORDINARY Moments

One of the many blessings as a therapist is APPRECIATION for the MOMENTS in our life. I am reminded daily to TREASURE and SAVOR the ORDINARY moments in our life.

Once again, the gift of yoga is incredible in my life. I give up sleeping in on Saturday mornings for this experience and so very grateful that Steve also gives up sleeping in to give me a ride for this experience! We enjoyed our bike ride today amongst the busyness of the Saturday. We rode 30 miles on the bike today and stopped near this sweet bridge for a photo. Love the moments of giggling as we set up the camera to take our picture.
It was SO hot.  Loved the moment of stopping to get a Shaved Ice - Maui flavor.  The employee was SO  nice.  He filled up Steve's water bottle with extra ice and wanted to make sure I had plenty of flavoring for my yummy treat.

The evening we spent some beautiful moments with friends enjoying their company, yummy food on a beautiful summer evening.  Cricket brought flowers to show her appreciation :D that their two dogs (well, their pugle wasn't thrilled to have a new dog come into her territory so her and Cricket saw each other from a distance) and people would welcome her so kindly.

I hope your weekend is having some MOMENTS of joy.

Sounds like a perfect weekend!

Great photos! We miss that wonderful heat since we came home last weekend.

The bridge/trail is the Lagoon Trail in Farmington, Utah. We love it as a short part of our ride.

Thanks for the info on the trail - and for commenting on one of my blogs. Sometimes I wonder if anyone ever reads those things! I will have to go explore that trail, it looks lovely.
