I kept track of the time while on a conference call so I could finish up in time to go to yoga. Hurry to make time for yoga and being in the moment. I arrive and am reminded by an amazing woman that Time is Big. Embrace our Time. As we go into an Up Dog, Inhale and Appreciate the Moment.
Three days without our bike seemed like a long time. It is repaired now (yeah) and we will be able to have a ride Friday morning. The first time in the week we can both fit it into the schedule. Busy times. Good times.
In my profession, time flies by. Sessions on the hour create a need to be aware of the time.
Creating a new division of my business (SO EXCITED!) and wishing there was more time.
Reflecting on my daughter's upcoming birthday and being reminded how fast time goes by. Sunrise, Sunset ...
I spent two hours with a client yesterday whose time is limited. He's trying to make the most of his time with his young family. He reminds me that each of us just have this moment in time to value. He reminds me to make it matter. We set a time for next week to meet.
Can we be fully present in this moment in time?

Such good thoughts! Sometimes we just don't make the time to do the things that are so important in the long scale of things. Can't believe its been a quarter of a century since Nat came into the world
So glad your bicycle is fixed! I appreciate the reminder to appreciate time. For me, because I can be overly conscious of not wasting time, I also find it important to relax enough to "waste" a bit of time, sitting in a lawn chair to enjoy my flowers, reading a magazine with a cup of tea, or writing a blog post! But I agree, even doing those things, the gift is to be present, instead of thinking about what I'm not getting done during that time.
you always have such insightful posts!
