Do They?

Recently a yoga classmate told me that she noticed that Cricket imitates some of our yoga moves! Do you think she does follow our poses? The picture below would be her 'favorite twist' pose.
She loves yoga. She recognizes the word and runs to the door and now has her own mat. I think she finds it relaxing and perhaps appreciates that her handler leaves feeling relaxed and energized.

Happy Weekend and thanks for all the birthay wishes for Cricket. It really is hard to believe she is five. Can we just hold this age for a while (at least for a year!). We are settled in and loving our time together as a team.

Daily Cycling Update for Preparation for our Hearts and Bikes Ride (see side bar): 30 mile ride today. Love it.

Calliope used to always roll onto her back at the end of my Yoga classes when everyone is relaxing.....can't remember the yoga term for it.

I can't think of a better way to enjoy a yoga session than with my dog at my side. Love her yoga pose.
