Mondays with Missy

Missy is doing so well (atleast for a 14 year old dog with a collapsed trachea and enlarged heart). She has perked up this week and even has a little more bounce in her step and a wag in her tail. Each morning and evening when it is time for her four pills Cricket is quick to run and also sit and look cute. She has quickly learned that we just can't pass up giving her a little treat for her cuteness and obedience.
The picture is of Missy and Cricket sitting watching Steve intently as he puts Missy's pills inside a yummy treat.

Ha ha! You've got Missy trained, but it sounds like Cricket has Steve trained! We should take this practice for ourselves more often. The next time we have to eat or do something unpleasant, we need to accompany it with something fun or yummy!
