It's All About the Mat

(Just kidding). My yoga mat is pretty worn out after almost 1 1/2 years of yoga. So, when I heard Infusion's store was going to be open on Saturday morning, I suggested to Steve he could find a fabulous Mother's Day Gift for me there. (I try to help out with gift ideas.)

With Corena's help he found just the right mat for me and in a color that I can 'kind of' see! It is a Manduka and love it. It is a texture that is supposed to help with my balance (or lack therof). We shall see if it decreases my tipping over on airplane, standing pigeon, eagle, and tree. I went into class yesterday morning and someone noticed - you have a Manduka mat. I then proceeded to whisper to her - which side is up! Circle texture faces the floor. I can remember that! Someone

inherited my old yoga mat -- we cut it smaller so that she has her space but doesn't take up a full space on the floor. She is a happy yogi. Namaste. Thank you for another beautiful day.

How fun--I love practical gifts. It's nice that you can make use of your old mat--or rather, that Cricket can!
