Peeps?

It seems that people have pretty strong opinions on whether they like or dislike the sugary treat of Peeps. They used to only be available at Easter ... now each holiday has them and they come in so many different colors.  I love Peeps. What about you?

Ya know...Peeps are the ONLY Easter candy that I don't like. It's a good thing since I'm addicted to the rest of it! I've been known to stock up enough Cadbury Eggs at the end of the season to last until the next one! :)

I don't like them myself. But, if I ever quit drinking pepsi I might need the sugar enough to like them. =)

I love peeps! But they have to be bunnies and it has to be Easter. They are the perfect thickness. A chick will do in a pinch. Not a tree or heart or pumpkin though. It must be Easter. Not sure why, but there ya have it! :)

I LOVE PEEPS!! I get cravings for the in the middle of the year, and am SO happy that they make them for every season now.

Peeps are definitely not my favorite Easter candy - I always prefer chocolate - but they're not that bad. :-)

LOVE them. Although, I only like them at Easter time. It's one of those likes where I'm good with once a year. I'm with Erin on the Cadbury Mini Eggs though....I crave those all year!

Peeps..........I can take them or leave them. I can't remember the last time that I bought a pack of Peeps. Years ago.......I'd rather have jelly beans at Easter time.

Love your comments! There are so many yummy Easter candy- Today the surgeon cleared me to go back to eating any foods (implant 2 1/2 months ago) so I will be buying some Cadbury Eggs also (agree Erin and Lacey they are the best). Cassie -- love your enthusiasm and specifics on peeps -- agree the chocolate valentine peeps just aren't the same. Debi - I agree jelly beans are so Easter!

What are peeps? Never heard of them here in Ireland!

They look lovely though!

Clive - peeps are 'sugary marshmallows' -- www.marshmallowpeeps.com. 26 g of sugar per serving. I am sorry you don't have them in Ireland - I love them.

I LOVE peeps!
I've never seen these new colours, though.
They are a must-have at Easter time.

Well now I know I had better buy LOTS of PEEPS for the East Egg Hunt and in your case just buy lots!! They are good, but I like my chocolate better.
