Have you ever given a gift to someone and they had the same gift for you? My friend, Connie and I did this year and it was hilarious. This Yoga Dog Calendar was our treasure that we knew both of us couldn't live without. My four-legged yogi partner, Cricket's favorite poses are downdog and cobra. She is a teacher in learning to breathe. She loves to snuggle during shavasna and has learned that the end of class is when we say Namaste.
I don't know if Cricket benefits more from her own yoga practice or having a handler that is relaxed and healthier when she goes to yoga. Either way, she wags her tail when the yoga bag comes out.
