Yoga Dogs

In the Yoga Dog calendar below, the dog is doing Toe Stand.

Have you ever given a gift to someone and they had the same gift for you? My friend, Connie and I did this year and it was hilarious. This Yoga Dog Calendar was our treasure that we knew both of us couldn't live without. My four-legged yogi partner, Cricket's favorite poses are downdog and cobra. She is a teacher in learning to breathe. She loves to snuggle during shavasna and has learned that the end of class is when we say Namaste.I don't know if Cricket benefits more from her own yoga practice or having a handler that is relaxed and healthier when she goes to yoga. Either way, she wags her tail when the yoga bag comes out.

That calender looks pretty cool!

I should think about taking Toby to a yoga class (if I ever went to one:)

Awesome calendar! Did we have the yaga going when you trained with Cricket? I should find one for Laureen, our yoga instructor!
