Monday with Missy

Missy and Steve have a morning routine. She follows him into the kitchen. She gives him five and earns some granola.
She is so proud of her trick and loves the reward.

Do you have a morning or evening routine?

We've only had Alfie for a couple weeks but he greets me each morning with an enthusiastic round of little happy doggy sounds and licking. He has to cuddle up on my lap for a bit before he's ready to go outside. :-) Routines are happy!

yeah our morning routine is known as- the alarm goes off, I ignore it, Niche whines quietly in his crate in anticipation of what is to come, Monty and James cuddle down in the warm blankets, finally I get up and half asleep let the dogs out with Niche bashing against the walls as he bounces through the house to the back door. Then I let them in, again Niche sends rugs flying as they go to the dog room to eat. They eat as I put the house back together. It's an insane morning routine! LOL Life without Niche would be so much less wacky!

Too cute!

Haha... our morning routine sounds a lot like Katrin's. Just replace Niche with Stella and there you have it. LOL

My morning routine used to be that when the alarm went off, Chelsie would stick her little nose over the bed and wait for an invitation up and we would cuddle before I got up. She would lay in her "spot" on the bed - where I just got up from - while I showered. Off the bed with the "labrador stretch" (2 paws on/off the bed), a shake, a sratch and then outside. I can't wait for that routine again...

Penelope has our whole family worked into her morning routine, but my particular part is that after breakfast (except on weekends before church) I brush her coat and teeth and give her some bread afterwards for being good. She LOVES it and if I have to leave for work before doing her grooming she is one sad puppy!

Our morning routine is busy- get up, feed & potty the inside dogs. Go outside feed the horses, goats, llamas, alpacas, outside dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, etc...
Then get back inside and eat breakfast!! (and that's only our morning!)
