Time to Fertilize the Lawn!

Me: Hey Steve - I got the lawn mowed.
Steve: Uh oh.(I can feel the concern in his voice) Didn't I mow it on Monday?
Me: Yeah, I just thought I'd get it done so we could enjoy the weekend. But there was one little problem.
(Silence on the other end ...) I had left the bag on the grass with all the 'dog business' and I ran over it.
Steve: Well, guess the lawn is fertilized now.
Me: Yes!

Note: This is an example on my patience level (its very low)... the lawn could easily have waited. This is a note on Steve's patience level (its very high) ... he could get a little frustrated but he doesn't. My two times of mowing the lawn this year have been blogged about and been 'eventful'.

Love you Steve and let's have fun this weekend and celebrate that the lawn is fertilized!

Have a great weekend!

Lacey, Mary, Lisa, Debi - Thanks for sharing in my humor ... we've got to be able to laugh at ourselves, I think.
