Such Kindness

Last night I attended yoga on my own. I come from the place of feeling that life is more fun when shared with someone -- and definitely in exercising I do much better if someone is saying - come get on the back of the bike, I'm picking you up for yoga at 7, etc. It had been over a week since I had been to yoga. I wanted to go even though both of my yogi friends couldn't join me this week. I tried inviting two other friends and both couldn't. So, Cricket and I ventured into the studio on our own. We were greeted with such kindness and had three offers for rides home afterwards! Steve was waiting in the parking lot so I thanked them but declined. I was really touched by their kindness and made a commitment to return Wednesday on my own. I can do it, right! (Will be happy when Christy and Connie can join me again)

Other than walking dogs & with 3 dogs in our household, I do alot of walking.......I do not like working out without a buddy. I am not motivated to go to the gym on my own. Good for you that you went to yoga without your friends.

The great part od yoga, is opening the heart chakra. It seems you have found a studio or kula which is doing more than 'excercises'. Yeah You!
