Frustrating Friday ... soon to be FUN

Typically Fridays are a nice, relaxing day - usually lighter schedule at work with the weekend to look forward to. Today I have no work ... looking forward to meeting some friends for lunch and dinner tonight with friends at our home so great, right! It seemed to start off wrong when I tried to make an insurance payment over the phone. Oh my goodness, atleast 30 minutes later; I gave up and mailed in the payment. I just broke my cute chicken in my kitchen. I knew I needed help when I called Steve 'almost' in tears saying I can't find my treasure of the day. I've looked under every bamboo tree in our house. He said - it is in the bamboo sticks today! Finally, I could laugh about the little frustrations. Explanation of the treasure of the day:

SWEET Steve has been doing the 12 Silver Days before our Silver Anniversary next week. So each day I get a message on my email of where to look for the next silver treasure and note! I will have to take a picture of my fun silver necklace, watch, earrings ... so far! One more week to go.

I left my phone in the car last night so hopefully no urgent calls before I get it at lunch time! I'm ready for the weekend, how about you?

Wow am I ever ready. I love my dogs, but I have an extra pup for the weekend who was NOT happy to be at my house. I can't wait for the weekend when I can take them on a nice long hike and tire them out!
