My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

Letting Go

One of my special privileges at my office with clients is to share in their letting go of something or sending a message in the form of a balloon. It is amazing what a healing process this can be for people of all ages. We stand outside in the parking lot usually until they can't see the balloon any longer. If I have an extra one I write a message to someone or share my thoughts of the day and let them go also!
Side note: one of my younger clients told me I looked like Belle from Beauty and the Beast with my silky yellow shirt!

You DO look like Beauty--but I hope no one thinks Cricket is the beast!! Love the balloon idea, too.
