Down Dog
Connie, Cricket and I went to our first yoga class tonight together (Connie had been before - I had never) It was so much fun! Cricket was a little confused as to why we were all surrounding her on mats ... and why the instructor kept saying get into your down dog position. Here I am trying to demonstrate to Steve my great yoga moves! (Cricket just thinks if the camera is out you sit dog -- not down dog)

awww...I love Yoga...I do it at my house and my dogs think I'm crazy!
