My Friend, 'Ann Taylor'

Well, I went shopping for Natalie's birthday ... on a quest for an item that I can't say because she might read this and her birthday is this Friday - July 4th!! More about the special girl and special day later!!! I stopped in at Ann Taylor and was reminded why I love this store. A few of my reasons: 1. the SLC - Gateway stores - both Ann Taylor Loft and Ann Taylor greet us and know Cricket by name!! 2. One of the sales associates walks around the store with us and describes all their clothes . . and what they think I 'must have'

3. They have a wonderfully nice, roomy 'handicapped accessible' dressing room that fits me and Cricket very comfortably -! 4. their clothes match . . so I can always go in and find 'an outfit'. This is also very helpful to Steve -- incase he needs to shop for me, which doesn't happen too often because I seem to shop often enough for me just fine! 5. lastly, you can find fabulous bargains - like this suit I found when I was searching for Natalie's birthday gift (sorry, Nat - still searching!) okay: the jacket started out at $188 and I got it for $19.98, the skirt was $88 and I got it for $19.98 making the savings (pre-tax) $236.02 because it is not what we spend but what we save, right ?!

I came across your blog from the GDB site. I have a friend who is visually impaired and uses a GDB dog.I shop with Sharons and we also LOVE Ann Taylor! They know us by name as well and you are absolutely right about the big dressing room!! Truthie is not a mall shopper, but she is always relieved to go into AT - She know we will be there for awhile, she knows she will be loved on and she knows she has a nice big dressing room in which to make herself comfortbale!!!! And don't worry, she takes full advantage of all the space in HER dressing room!
