Date Night

One of my favorite 'date nights' is our 24-mile Legacy Loop on our bike. It was a beautiful evening. The trail was crowded, and ringing my bell often was fun and necessity to alert other bikers and runners we were coming through :).

Between the weather and schedules we haven't biked a lot this year, so I hope we will be able to walk after the MS150 this Saturday. 

I find myself feeling so grateful for my date, healthy body, and a beautiful summer evening that allows me to enjoy this ride.
