| So, this was my creative outfit for the day -- this black jacket (Ann Taylor - atleast five years old that I love), this skirt from Limited that is so fun and these yellow shoes a few years old that I rarely wear. I am not sure where Cricket is in this moment -- usually she is right there when the camera is clicked for a picture. I realize the month of June is winding down. Wow, this summer is going fast! I think I can make it through atleast mid-July continuing on with my clothing shopping freeze. Are you on any type of shopping freeze? |

Clothing Shopping Freeze
The end of May I went to my closet and discovered a navy striped jacket that I had purchased that I hadn't had a chance to wear yet! It seems like a fun 4th of July jacket with white pants and a red top :). I am on a shopping freeze for the month of June ... debating on whether to include July :). Periodically, I do so and find it is a great way to simplify. I will acknowledge I have waaaay more clothes than necessary. I can hear Steve saying ... really? no way :). However, he is very encouraging in being a helper in shopping for clothes so I have had to say ... no not getting any new clothes for awhile when he has tried to tempt me :)!

Yep looking great. I think I have said before, I think yellow is your color. Clothing freeze, hahhhaha I laugh because that would be the easiest thing for my MOM to do. I don't think she has bought new clothes for more than 6 months and even then I think it was a new pair of hiking boots. hehhehe
