Pitching in

I'm bundled up waiting for my dear friend to go running.  It snowed last night AGAIN and although in this moment it feels better to stay indoors, once we get outside it will feel invigorating!  Training has begun for our next marathon!  I'm excited and love the energy that running gives me!

Yesterday at the office there is a pile of snow probably twice as high as Cricket when she was sitting down.  I had her sit and pose but somehow didn't have my camera right so no picture came up when I tried to download on computer. I think the pile is growing so she will be happy to pose again (as long as I don't make her sit too long on the chilly sidewalk).

I recognized I was saying yes a lot so I typed in all the dates of presentations, etc for the next couple months so I could take it a step at a time and be prepared for the right event at the right date.  Don't want to go talk to Self-Esteem for Teen Girls at a Disability Awareness Merit Badge Class for a Scout Troop or something like that :).  It's all good :) infact, I am so appreciative of the opportunities that I have been given.  I have two events I am juggling this Saturday.  I received the kindest email from one of the committee members from one of the boards saying ... Becky has a lot on her plate right now - let's all  pitch in and help out.  Simple email but just felt so kind.  Definition of pitching in:  To join forces with others; help or cooperate.

Love that message and thank you to all who have been pitching in for our hygiene kits for the Hser Ner Moo Community. I found myself gathering all the items that had been delivered and just touched by all the kindness and how everyone is 'pitching in'.

Love the definition of pitching in. I am sure you will have plenty of time to get a shot of Cricket in front of the snow pile. I think it will be there quiet a while and just get bigger.
Blessings,
Goose

I don't know how you found my blog but I'm so glad it led me to you! I've been blessed reading your blog. God puts people in our path when we need them.

My husband has suffered from low vision most of life but I can tell it is declining. I worry about his future eyesight. I'd love to email you sometime.
