Cranberry Salsa
1 (12oz) bag cranberries
3/4 C. Sugar
1 medium jalapeno, remove seeds and stem
2 green onions
1-2 TBSP fresh Cilantro (I use a 1/2 a bunch or more)
1/4 tsp. cumin
Place all ingredients in food processor, process until coarsely chopped
Store in fridge overnight to blend flavors. Serve with crackers and whipped cream cheese.

Hope your party is wonderful...I am sure it will be. You lost my MO at Cilantro, she says it taste like soap to her.

My daughter and DIL both make that salsa...it has such a unique flavor and looks really pretty for this time of year.
I am NOT a good party planner. I love to go to them though (tee,hee)
Goose - love it :). I'm not a fan either usually but it seems to just have the job of enhancing the flavor or something like that!
