Vintage

Twice today I was told I looked 'so vintage'. I laughed at my pulling this outfit together. I planned to wear these grey pants with a red sweater that I thought had a grey stripe. I realized I didn't know if it was grey and there wasn't any eyes around here to tell me this morning(oh, if Cricket could talk!) but wait how much can dogs really see as far as colors? So, Natalie is so awesome as I text her random questions -- do grey and rust go? Totally is the response so here is our vintage outfit along with a necklace that I haven't worn for years that just so happens to be grey and rust!

Its been a busy week. We are in the lottery for another marathon - wish us luck :). We are in the lottery for tickets to the Mormon Tabernacle Christmas Concert - wish us luck :).

Wishing you luck for both! For the past two years someone has offered my MOM tickets to the Christmas concert but she has not been able to go because of other obligations. If she gets the offer this year she would love to pass them on to you as yet again she can not go.
Blessings,
Goose

You look fabulous in your grey & rust combination. Great outfit that reminds me of autumn.

Do you have a iPhone? There's an app for finding out what color something is: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/color-identifier/id363346987?mt=8

There are also options for Android phones.

Luck! And Luck! And luck for Goose and Cricket to have a play date! That would be SO beautiful! If I lived anywhere close to the four of you I'd probably have to invite myself.

Who knew rust and grey get a totally? I'm learning so much about my own wardrobe! Bring on the recommendations!

Vintage or not, you look great. Good luck on both lotteries.

The Christmas concert would be amazing. I hope you win the lottery. Also, good luck on the marathon lottery. You know, you may have stumbled onto something the Guide Dog people need to include in the dog training: the ability to tell the humans whether or not colors go together. I'll bet the dogs can do it!

As I was checking out your blog, my 10-year-old came in and asked what I was doing so I told him, then he asked about Retinitis Pigmentosa, so I told him a little about it and how you have Cricket to help you 'see'. I then told him that even with all of that you have run a full marathon and go bike-riding with your husband on a cool tandem bike, he was uber-impressed!

P.S. good luck on both accounts!!!
