A Good Day

I had my first full day scheduled at work today after the concussion and was a little concerned about managing it with the unpredictability of how I have been feeling.  When Steve picked me up this evening, he indicated I didn't look 'glazed' :).  It was awesome to not feel glazed either.  I did pretty well with a full day and was thrilled.  I was able to go to lunch with a colleague and later had a break that worked perfectly to get pedicures with another colleague.  Running ... biking ... indeed they will be reopened in time.  I've got a couple days off now to get ready for a party and do some more 'resting'.  Its all good.

I bought this dress a few weeks ago with Natalie.  I smiled throughout the day laughing at our fun memories giggling in the dressing rooms together and me getting lost in the store when we were in such a hurry.

So glad that you are feeling some better. You look wonderful, but please be careful and don't overdo. Rest means "rest," as you said. Love you, Loye

So happy to read you're feeling better - after a full day of work no less. I'm glad you didn't look glazed. Just about the only thing that seems good glazed is a doughnut! I'm thrilled you're taking your time and easing back into things. This was wonderful news today!

How nice that things are getting back to normal for you. Concussions can be very serious and scary things, so make sure you continue to take care of yourself.
Your dress is lovely !!!
