Can you tell from this picture - I'm saying hurry Steve we've got to go :).
In other notes, I think Cricket is trying to embrace the trend of snow. Cricket and I walked up to Dick's Market yesterday. Sunshine with snow makes for a beautiful, challenging walk. It was cold, crisp, and we needed to be deeply aware of each step. Cricket has to use some judgment - slushy snow is okay to walk through. We can't stop for every step. Crusty snow becomes an obstacle. Truly a mindful walk. I found myself reflecting on how life is in that way ... we enjoy deep beauty and also challenges sometimes simultaneously with one another. On the way back I received a great call related to work. I stopped for a minute to pick up the call but also knowing that my Cricket was standing in snow and was probably hoping it would be a brief call :). Such a good, patient girl.
My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

Embracing a Trend
Day three of our Winter Challenge. I visited Natalie's closet to find a trend to embrace. She loaned me this fun polka dot shirt and a pink neon belt. Polka dots make me think of my fun yellow dress that I wore as a little girl and then Natalie (its boxed up for that next little girl :) so I don't think I have worn them for a long time! So, this is trendy for me. Polka dots from Natalie's closet, Neon belt from Natalie's closet, pants from Lolabellas - citizens of humanity (favorite jeans, ever!).

I like your version of trendy!
Oh so cute fashion! And while I'm sure you looked extra fashionable playing in the snow with Cricket, it makes me smile that your sweet pup is such a patient one.
I LOVE polka dots...and Yellow has always been my favorite color

That's so awesome that you can share clothes with Natalie. I love the shirt and belt!
