My little red tether is my anchor in running with my friends. A beautiful guide dog has been my tether/anchor in mobility and independence for 17 years: 1. Pantera 2. Cricket, and now my beautiful 3. Georgina (Georgie). A life of family and friends is my joy and anchor in life.

A thought

Yoga is not on the agenda with my re-broken left hand.   Hopefully by January - perhaps February.   I feel very fortunate that it is on my thumb side so walking with Cricket is very doable!  Thank heavens!

Below is a thought from the yoga studio in Los Gatos, Breathe, (that I would be visiting often if we lived closer).   I was told they still talk about the snoring dog that joined the yoga class back in November!

Keep your flame lit and you will never feel darkness. J. Parker

It must be difficult to be limited by your broken arm, especially during the holidays. January and February are just around the corner, though. I hope you can find other ways to rejuvenate in the meantime.
