These shorts work great for Cricket on a hot day - a pocket for treats, pocket for my camera, and even a pocket for water which Cricket was very happy about.
Our hike to Emerald Pools gave us some cool air. We walked steady as the path was wet and slippery on this part.
Squirrels are not afraid to get very close. Cricket turned her head for a quick glance.
Steve stayed on the low adventure trails with us for the day.

We both noticed that the whole time we were at this beautiful National Park not one person asked to pet Cricket! Was everyone just struck by the beauty of this park or some good education at this park on Guide Dogs? Or was it because they saw her walking on some winding trails and knew she needed to focus on her job ... not sure, but it really was nice and added to the enjoyable day.

Zion National Park is so pretty. I've visited twice and would love to see it again.
